About

Laszlo was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1943. In 1966, he escaped the communist regime and emigrated to the US. He became a citizen, worked various jobs and lived throughout the country. He taught himself English along the way.

He always made time for art, initially with clay sculpture. After starting a family and moving from NYC to upstate NY, he began working with wood to create animal figures, planters and furniture.

Nowadays, Laszlo mostly enjoys painting with acrylic on canvas and wood.

At 81, he still loves going to art fairs and festivals to see and support other people's artwork. He thanks you for looking at his.
